Events
We run regular events and training sessions for all BRC staff, students/fellows, and wider partners.
These aim to:
- Highlight the breadth of BRC experimental medicine research and stimulate scientific discussion across the BRC community and collaborative work across BRC Clusters and areas;
- Through the lens of experimental medicine research, develop insights into key core areas such as innovation, digital, patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE), Team Research, and how they are being applied across BRC research;
- Create a diverse community of learning, share development opportunities and foster engagement for staff, students, public and patients and wider partners.
Some events, such as our Innovator Training Scheme, are run in collaboration with partners. Others, such as the Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) seminars, showcase our research contribution across the Greater Manchester health and care system.
